Thorkild is the co-founder and managing director at Trusticate. With a background in software development and mechanical engineering he manages project implementation and oversees the technical development of the Trusticate application. Thorkild’s aim is to use blockchain technology to bring trust and transparency into the sustainability industry.

Shehan De Silva. B.Com., MSc. Global Studies and Business.

Shehan brings more than 7 years of experience from Danske Bank in retail banking strategy and project management specializing in Sustainable Finance. He has previously worked in sustainability consultancy and researched CSR reporting in Denmark. He is now combining his passion for putting sustainability on the corporate agenda with his inherent entrepreneurial drive to grow Trusticate.

Annette Grothe-Møller. MSc. Psychology.

Annette is building the company operations based on human well-being knowing that positivity and happiness go hand in hand with high-quality work and better results. She has worked with psychotherapy and executive-level coaching, HR and management for over 30 years.

Vimal Kumar Nair, Computer Science Graduate

Vimal believes that technology can and often should be the backbone of trust, not just a tool. With over 20 years of experience across financial technology, healthcare, and digital assets, he has built and led teams that turn complex ideas into reliable, data-driven systems. He has a strong background in blockchain applications, low-latency trading infrastructure, and predictive analytics platforms. At Trusticate, Vimal leads the technology function with a focus on building resilient, high-quality, and scalable software architectures that bring integrity and performance together.

Atul Kandyong. BSc. Mechanical Engineering.

Atul is a UX/UI designer and developer. He brings 7 years of experience in engaging design, visualizations and user-friendly interfaces for native and web applications. He is passionate about improving the lives of others through design and he constantly looks to learn new things every day. He is using his compassion and skills to make Trusticate user-friendly and intuitive.

Shiju Madamchery. DIPLOMA in Computer Science and Engineering.

Shiju has 20 years of experience in software engineering. He has been working with Blocktech Aps since 2016 in various open stack projects, specifically blockchain-related. Previously he worked for IT companies like HARMAN, DELL, XChanging, Cambridge handling roles like CTO, System Architect, Technical Lead, Software Consultant, Software Engineer. At Trusticate Shiju is taking pleasure in utilizing his great skills and experience managing technical development and the tech team.

Omkar Sai Sunku. BSc. Computers Background.

Omkar is a believer in blockchain innovation. He is a Blockchain Developer being a creative, decisive, and high-energy individual always with an enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies utilizing his knowledge for the benefit of the system. Omkar has more than 5+ years of experience in application development. He loves to interact with people and engage with Blockchain communities.

Pavan is a full stack software developer. He has 3+ years of experience having handled development projects from start to finish. He brings happiness and caring to the team utilizing his passion for giving to humanity.
